

Brandon Routh
Brandon James Routh, born on October 9, 1979, is an accomplished American actor and former fashion model. Originally hailing from Iowa, Routh relocated to Los Angeles to chase his dreams in the acting world. He began making a name for himself in various television series in the early 2000s. His breakthrough moment came in 2006 when he starred as the iconic superhero in the film *Superman Returns*, which significantly elevated his profile in Hollywood.
Following this major role, Routh took on a recurring part in the popular TV series *Chuck*, playing the character Daniel Shaw. He further showcased his versatility with notable supporting roles in comedies such as *Zack and Miri Make a Porno* and *Scott Pilgrim vs. the World*. In 2010, he stepped into another comic book role as the lead in *Dylan Dog: Dead of Night*.
