Freida Selena Pinto, born on October 18, 1984, is an accomplished Indian actress recognized primarily for her work in American and British cinema. Hailing from Mumbai, Maharashtra, Pinto nurtured her aspiration to act from a young age. While studying at St. Xavier's College in Mumbai, she engaged in various amateur theatrical productions. After completing her degree, she ventured into modeling and briefly served as a television presenter before stepping into the film industry.
