On August 27, 1998, he was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, a testament to his impact on the arts.
Brolin gained prominence through memorable television roles, including Steven Kiley in *Marcus Welby, M.D.* (1969–1976), Peter McDermott in *Hotel* (1983–1988), and John Short in *Life in Pieces* (2015–2019).
