

Joseph Mazzello
Joseph Francis Mazzello, born on September 21, 1983, is an accomplished American actor, director, and screenwriter, often referred to as Joe Mazzello. He is widely recognized for his performances as Tim Murphy in the iconic film Jurassic Park (1993), Eugene Sledge in the acclaimed HBO miniseries The Pacific (2010), Dustin Moskovitz in The Social Network (2010), and as Queen's bass guitarist John Deacon in the biographical film Bohemian Rhapsody (2018).
Mazzello's career began with a minor role in the 1990 film Presumed Innocent. He subsequently appeared in projects such as Radio Flyer, Jersey Girl, and the TV movie Desperate Choices: To Save My Child in 1992. His breakout role came in 1993 when he portrayed Tim Murphy in Steven Spielberg's Jurassic Park, followed by a role in Richard Attenborough's Shadowlands. He continued to build his filmography with parts in The River Wild (1994), The Cure, and Three Wishes in 1995. After a brief hiatus, Mazzello returned to the big screen in 2001 with Wooly Boys and made his television debut in 2002 on Providence. He later featured in popular CBS series like CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and Without a Trace.
In 2010, he portrayed Dustin Moskovitz in David Fincher's The Social Network, earning critical acclaim. Mazzello continued to gain prominence with roles in G.I. Joe: Retaliation (2013) and as John Deacon in Bohemian Rhapsody (2018), solidifying his position in the film industry.
