Kris Van Damme

Kris Van Damme, born Kristopher van Varenberg, is the eldest son of renowned action star Jean-Claude Van Damme and fitness expert Gladys Portugues. He has a younger sister, Bianca Brigitte Van Damme, and a brother named Nicolas from his father's previous marriage to Darcy LaPier. Kris made his on-screen debut at a young age in the 1992 film "Universal Soldier," where he played the role of Young Luc Deveraux. He later appeared in "Le grand tournoi" (1996), which marked the directorial debut of his father, portraying Young Chris.

Kris's acting journey continued with a role in "Point d'impact" (2002), and he returned to the action genre in "Universal Soldier: Régénération" (2009) and "The Eagle Path" (2010), the latter also directed by Jean-Claude Van Damme. Beyond acting, he has expressed a strong passion for writing and directing. His writing credits began with the martial arts film "The Tower" (2010), showcasing his versatility in the film industry.
