Margaret Denise Quigley, more widely recognized as Maggie Q, was born on May 22, 1979. She is a multi-talented American actress, model, and activist.

Maggie initiated her career in Hong Kong, where she gained fame for her leading performances in the action films Gen-Y Cops (2000) and Naked Weapon (2002). Subsequently, she made her mark in Hollywood with appearances in major films such as Mission: Impossible III (2006), Live Free or Die Hard (2007), Priest (2011), and The Protégé (2021). In the dystopian sci-fi action film Divergent (2014), she played the character Tori Wu and reprised this role in the sequels Insurgent (2015) and Allegiant (2016).

Q is perhaps best known for her leading role in the CW action-thriller series Nikita, which aired from 2010 to 2013. She also starred as FBI Special Agent Hannah Wells in the political thriller series Designated Survivor from 2016 to 2019. In addition to her on-screen work, Maggie lent her voice to the character of Wonder Woman in the animated series Young Justice, which aired from 2012 to 2019.
