Mark Richard Hamill, born on September 25, 1951, is a celebrated American actor renowned for his portrayal of Luke Skywalker in the iconic Star Wars saga and for voicing the Joker in numerous animated DC Comics productions, beginning with Batman: The Animated Series in 1992.

During the 1980s, Hamill sought to diversify his career beyond the Star Wars universe by taking the stage on Broadway, where he performed in notable plays such as The Elephant Man, Amadeus, and The Nerd. His film and TV credits feature roles like Kenneth W.
