**Rosa Blasi** (born December 19, 1972) is a talented American actress known for her dynamic performances on both television and stage. She gained widespread recognition for her portrayal of Luisa Delgado in the Lifetime medical drama series *Strong Medicine* (2000–2006) and as Barb Thunderman on Nickelodeon’s *The Thundermans* (2013–2018).
Born in Chicago, Illinois, Blasi is the daughter of Rocco and Joyce Blasi, with a rich heritage that includes Italian, Irish, and Hispanic roots. A classically trained mezzo-soprano, she boasts a solid foundation in theater, having performed with the esteemed Piven Performance Company and The Second City. Her robust theater background includes starring roles in various musicals and touring with country music legend Kenny Rogers.
