Sam Lerner, born on September 27, 1992, is an accomplished American actor known for his work in both film and television. He gained early acclaim for his role as Chowder in the 2006 Oscar-nominated animated feature "Monster House," which marked his significant entry into the industry. Lerner also showcased his talent in the film "Envy," where he played the son of notable actors Ben Stiller and Rachel Weisz.

In addition to his film work, Lerner was a series regular in the CBS pilot directed by Brett Ratner, where he portrayed the son of actors John Leguizamo and Claire Forlani. Prior to that, he appeared in the ABC pilot "My Life With Men" as the son of Wendy Malick and Sam Robards. His television credits extend to popular series such as "Malcolm in the Middle," "The King of Queens," "Two and a Half Men," "Oliver Beene," and "Sonny With a Chance."
