Timothy David Olyphant, born on May 20, 1968, is an accomplished American actor renowned for his versatility on stage and screen. He embarked on his acting journey in 1995 with an off-Broadway production of The Monogamist, earning the Theatre World Award for his outstanding performance. The following year, Olyphant brought life to the role in David Sedaris' beloved The Santaland Diaries.
In the early stages of his career, he predominantly played supporting villain roles in notable films such as Scream 2 (1997), Go (1999), A Man Apart (2003), Gone in 60 Seconds (2000), and The Girl Next Door (2004). In 2020, he showcased his comedic side with a cameo on NBC’s The Good Place, poking fun at his Justified character. That same year, he made guest appearances in Curb Your Enthusiasm, Fargo, and The Mandalorian, portraying Cobb Vanth—a role he later reprised in The Book of Boba Fett.
