Megumi Ogata is a prominent Japanese voice actress and singer hailing from the Greater Tokyo Area. Under her musical alias, em:óu, she showcases her talents as a singer. Although she enrolled at Tokai University, she decided to leave the institution due to a lack of interest in her studies.
