

Navid Negahban
Navid Negahban, originally from Mashhad, Iran, discovered his passion for acting at a young age. He moved to Germany, where he dedicated eight years to refining his craft in theater before making his way to the United States. Since arriving, he has cultivated an impressive career, portraying a diverse array of compelling roles across film, television, and stage.
Negahban gained critical acclaim for his prominent performance in the powerful drama The Stoning of Soraya M. He has also taken on notable supporting roles in films such as Brothers, featuring Tobey Maguire and directed by Jim Sheridan, Powder Blue alongside Jessica Biel and Forest Whitaker, and Charlie Wilson's War with Tom Hanks, directed by Mike Nichols.
On the small screen, Navid had a recurring part in the eighth and final season of the acclaimed series 24, with guest spots in shows including Lost, CSI: Miami, Law & Order, Covert Affairs, and NCIS: Los Angeles. Notably, in 2011, he portrayed Dr. Robert Stadler in Atlas Shrugged Part 1 and starred in The Power of Few, filmed in New Orleans, with Christopher Walken and Christian Slater. More recently, he has captivated audiences with his portrayal of the menacing Abu Nazir in Showtime's hit series Homeland, sharing the screen with Damian Lewis and Claire Danes.
