Sean Patrick Hayes, born on June 26, 1970, is a multifaceted American actor, comedian, and producer. He is widely recognized for his iconic portrayal of Jack McFarland on the NBC sitcom *Will & Grace*, a performance that garnered him a Primetime Emmy Award and four Screen Actors Guild Awards. Hayes has also been nominated for six Golden Globe Awards and has received two Tony Award nominations, winning one for his exceptional stage work.

In addition to his acting, Hayes is the founder of Hazy Mills Productions, a television production company responsible for popular shows like *Grimm*, *Hot in Cleveland*, *The Soul Man*, and *Hollywood Game Night*.
