Tommy "Tiny" Lister Jr. (June 24, 1958 – December 10, 2020) was a versatile character actor and a one-time professional wrestler, most famously recognized for his portrayal of the menacing Deebo in the Friday film series. Prior to his acting career, he briefly ventured into wrestling, facing off against Hulk Hogan in the World Wrestling Federation (WWF) after starring as "Zeus" in the film No Holds Barred. Lister, who was visually impaired in his right eye, made various guest appearances on television, including playing Klaang, the first Klingon to interact with humans (excluding Worf) in the pilot of Star Trek: Enterprise. He also appeared as a bodyguard in an episode of Matlock and featured in music videos for Sublime's "Santeria" and Michael Jackson's "Remember the Time." Additionally, he had a cameo in Austin Powers in Goldmember as a prisoner in a comedic scene.
