The holiday chaos at the mall is overwhelming, with long lines, frustrated shoppers, and frantic last-minute purchases. Caitlin is determined to uplift everyone's spirits and organizes a Secret Santa gift exchange. However, the rest of the gang is too worn out from the Christmas hustle to join in, and Caitlin eventually loses her enthusiasm. When Jonesy, who gets dismissed from his job as an elf at Santa's Village, accidentally locks them all inside the mall after hours, they come to realize the real essence of Christmas amidst the mall's festive atmosphere.
