Episode Overview

Emma, Jen's mother, is about to go into labor at the hospital, while Jonesy and Jude entertain themselves with wheelchair races down the corridors. Caitlin, who dreads using pay phones, is forced to make a call when her cell phone is off-limits in the hospital. Meanwhile, Nikki can't bring herself to assist Jen's mother with her breathing exercises due to her fear of babies. Jen attempts to leave work to see her mother but faces a series of mishaps, including getting her shoelace caught in an escalator and ending up in Ron the Rent-a-cop's office. Just as Nathan, a boy Jen likes, comes to her aid, they find themselves trapped in a mall elevator together.
