Officers respond to several incidents linked to excessive drinking among women. A taxi driver notifies them about a woman who has passed out drunk in a gutter. Meanwhile, PCs Brad Phillips and Mike Doggett head to a car crash that occurred in the early evening. In another area, a commotion at a pub spills outside, leading to an arrest for assault, while a mother finds herself in a difficult situation, having to take her entire family of young children into custody.
