Sasaki Kenji, a young member of the AD Police, tends to disregard his partners, tackling cases solo. This reckless behavior has led to several of his partners getting hurt. Now, after a mission leaves his partner Paul severely injured, whispers circulate that no one wants to work with him anymore. One evening, he finds himself at his regular bar, where tensions boil over, resulting in a violent confrontation with a German man named Hans.
