Liam finds himself cornered by the AD Police, but he manages to flee into the heart of Tokyo's reactor. Determined to take the city down with him, he removes the control rod from the atomic reactor. Kenji is prepared to sacrifice his life to stop Liam, but Hans intervenes, knocking him out before entering the reactor himself. Transforming into a monstrous bio-voomer, Hans is ready to confront Liam and put an end to his plans.
