Kyoroch's liberation by Night Raid bolsters the strength of the Revolutionary Army. In response to this critical turn of events, Commander-in-chief Budoh and Shura, the minister's son, take up arms against Night Raid. At the same time, Night Raid makes another covert entry into the capital. Tatsumi and Lubbock, with assistance from a spy within the Revolutionary Army, stealthily make their way into the palace, targeting Minister Onest.
