During the preparations for the athletic festival, Erika discovers that Komichi is set to perform a dance at the after-party. She envisions the possibility of playing the piano to accompany Komichi but decides to keep her thoughts private. On the other hand, Komichi is diligently training for volleyball, yet their team dynamics are not quite cohesive despite the significance of the event. When Touko suggests it would be great to have a shared practice space, Komichi recalls her experiences at her former school, Futaba Elementary.
