Gashin runs into Yuusei and discovers that his foster brother has achieved an impressive milestone. He has created a self-sustaining city for the Japanese population to reside in safely. Yuusei invites Gashin to come and enjoy a typical life there, but things aren't quite as straightforward as they appear.
