In a comedic take on the James Bond genre, Stan steps into the role of a suave secret agent, tasked by B (Bullock) to go undercover on the film set of the nefarious producer TchochkieSchmear (Klaus). He soon discovers that TchochkieSchmear is collaborating with the evil Tearjerker (Roger) in a sinister scheme: to annihilate humanity through heartbreakingly tragic films that would make viewers cry themselves to death.
