Stan's colleagues at the CIA introduce him to the concept of "rubbernecking," the sly practice of admiring other women without their wives noticing. However, things take a turn when Stan creates a major mishap while trying to snap a photo of a beautiful jogger. Now, he faces a daunting insurance inspector who could potentially inform Francine about his antics. Meanwhile, Roger and Klaus accidentally spill wine on the Smiths' pristine new couch. They make a pact to keep the incident a secret, deciding to sit on the stained area for the foreseeable future.
