Ginger hatches a plan to prank Dodie on April Fools' Day by crafting a fake love letter supposedly from Dustin, the quirky classmate who uses chopsticks for his sandwiches. Chaos ensues when Dodie confesses her own crush on Dustin, only for him to disclose that he actually sent a real love letter, but directed to Macie instead! Can Ginger untangle this romantic mess? In another subplot, Carl and Hoodsey trick Blake into believing they've sold his tonsils to a witch doctor, leading to his unexpected illness.
