The British Olympic Synchronised Swimming team has come to the area for training, and Joyce successfully convinces them to stay at the Solana. However, Hazel, the team's no-nonsense coach, is less than thrilled with the hotel’s subpar amenities but consents to Joyce's plan for a gala event in the pool. Liam ends up taking the swimmers on a coastal sightseeing adventure. Meanwhile, Madge has her sights set on Mohammed, the son of a wealthy property developer who knows Mel, and Mick and Janice are taken aback when they learn she wants to marry him. Liam struggles to keep the young swimmers from joining an 18-30 booze cruise.
