After being incorrectly identified as a toddler, Tilly embarks on a mission at the mall to find a stylish new outfit that showcases her grown-up persona. With determination, she explores various stores, experimenting with different styles and accessories in hopes of shedding the babyish image others see. Along the way, Tilly discovers more about her own sense of identity and what it truly means to feel mature.
