Following the game against Team Y, Isagi found himself elevated in rank and positioned as the team's focal point. Now, they face Team W, spearheaded by the formidable Wanima twins, whose synergy and sharp instincts are tough to counter. They previously played alongside Chigiri Hyoma, using his old traumas to provoke him. Chigiri confesses he entered Blue Lock seeking a reason to abandon soccer altogether. Team Z initially takes charge of the match thanks to Kuon's skillful play, and the mood is high. However, Isagi senses that something isn’t quite right.
