Bull grapples with his remorse about shutting down his psychiatric practice to launch TAC when a former patient, a young woman diagnosed as a clinical sociopath, faces trial for her brother's murder. With her memory of the incident erased by her condition, Bull and Benny decide to pursue a "Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity" defense, strategically selecting jurors who are compassionate toward mental health issues.
