Bull steps in to defend Dr. Natalie Reznick, a specialist in anthrax, who faces allegations of masterminding a wave of anthrax attacks that have shaken the city. Despite the evidence stacked against her, Bull embarks on a mission to demonstrate that authorities were so eager to eliminate the threat and soothe public panic that they mistakenly targeted the wrong individual.
