Cat goes into labor with Little Nicky's baby, but his accelerated aging condition has him exhibiting behaviors typical of an elderly man as his health deteriorates. Lola Spratt makes a surprising comeback from the hospital, revealing that her death was staged, yet everyone is convinced she’s a spirit. Meanwhile, Blake Downs re-enters the hospital scene after his private practice fails to take off. As complications arise during Cat and Nicky’s delivery, new doctor Valerie Flame steps in to take over the narrative from Cat Black.
