After seven years, Gus is still mourning the loss of his wife, while Woodrow becomes envious of the time Jake dedicates to Maggie. Despite this jealousy, Woodrow struggles to acknowledge Newt as his son. Meanwhile, Blue Duck faces his ailing father in a tense encounter. Clara makes a trip to Austin to see Gus, and in Boston, Scull is offered an opportunity to spearhead the westward expansion.
