As Reagan and Gorbachev cruise in a limousine, they face relentless questioning from Sam Donaldson. Meanwhile, at D.C. Follies, Nixon devises a scheme for his Cub Scout group but gets caught and subsequently impeached, leading him to flee in disgrace. Mickey Gilley arrives in his jet, performing a tribute song dedicated to the former presidents. George Bush daydreams about embracing a tougher persona, envisioning himself as George Bond. In a twist, Nixon makes a comeback with a new con involving a dog and a monkey.
