When a loyal customer cancels their order, Nagomu's father, Irino Heigo, erupts in anger, suspecting Nagomu of causing trouble once more. Determined to make amends, Heigo takes Nagomu to personally apologize to the customer. Upon arrival, they discover that the cancellation is linked to Seto Saki, another employee at Ryokushou, rather than Nagomu's actions.
