Meanwhile, Gabrielle discovers that Mrs. Hildebrand has named her and Carlos as the beneficiaries of her substantial wealth. A journalist sets out to reveal Bree's flaws to the public. Lynette finds out that Porter and Anne Schilling are planning to leave Fairview without a trace. As everyone gathers at a club for the much-anticipated "Battle of the Bands," chaos ensues when a fire breaks out, endangering all present.
