In an episode echoing the themes of Hitchcock's 'Strangers on a Train', Dr. Sloan finds himself ensnared in a deadly agreement with a financially desperate psychiatrist. The psychiatrist murders a woman who has been harassing Dr. Sloan, believing that Mark will take care of his own 'troublesome' issue in return.
