Eager to validate his claims about rampant drug issues in his elementary school and to show he didn't invent the tale for a journalism contest, Arnold heads to the New York City newspaper backing the event. After they feature his piece on the front page, he finds himself unexpectedly backed by none other than First Lady Nancy Reagan.
