Fueled by a desire for revenge against Elizabeth, Kevin makes his way to Elmdale. In response to his actions, Elizabeth seizes the opportunity to incite the townspeople's anger, manipulating them to turn against the residents of New Babylon. This escalation of hostility leads to heightened tensions and a deepening rift between the communities.
