Episode Overview

Dr. Ellingham makes a house call to see an elderly woman in the village, but he quickly finds himself facing off against her angry son, who happens to be one of Louisa's former boyfriends. The situation grows even more tangled when he encounters the new receptionist and attends to a patient who insists he was hurt during a mugging but is unwilling to speak to the police about the incident.
