The residents of Portwenn are worried about DJ Caroline Bosman from Radio Portwenn, as her unpredictable actions lead them to believe she may be drinking too much. Meanwhile, the Doc is faced with an elderly patient whose strong odor is so overwhelming that it drives people away, yet he can't find a medical explanation for it. PC Mylow is excited to use a pheromone spray to attract a charming newcomer to the village. At the same time, the complicated dynamics between the Doc, Louisa, and Danny become even more tangled.
