Episode Overview

Martin reluctantly agrees to take baby James to playgroup, where he finds himself singing along with the other mothers. During the session, one parent expresses concern about her daughter, prompting Martin to bluntly suggest that the child might just be slow to develop. Meanwhile, Al helps Ruth settle into her new cottage and encounters her cantankerous neighbor, Moysey. When Moysey visits the doctor for his asthma prescription, Martin notices his condition has worsened, but Moysey resents being examined. Al confides in Morwenna about wanting a girlfriend, and when she reaches out to her friend Janice, Janice isn't thrilled with the idea. In a bid for love, Al decides to try a dating site called Cornish Couples.
