Penhale organizes a Police Open Day to engage with the community, but it turns out that the only real attendee is a furious farmer whose sheep have been stolen. At the same time, Morwenna takes Al on a weekend getaway to test out Hannah's glamping site, but their trip takes a disastrous turn when Al accidentally sets the yurt on fire. Meanwhile, James has developed a habit of biting not just Louisa, but also other kids at the nursery. Louisa discusses the issue with Tina, only to be caught off guard when Tina reveals she has already brought it up with their lecturer.
