Donny's toy, Oooey Gablooey, a sticky starfish he won at the school fair, finds himself in trouble when he accidentally lands in a rose bush and gets a puncture. As blue ooze begins to leak out, Oooey panics at the sight of his goo spilling everywhere, while Doc rushes to fix him up.
