When Doc finds a crack in Coach Kay's whistle valve, the small plastic doll dressed in a sports kit, she decides to take her to the clinic for a "surgery" to replace the valve. As they prepare for the procedure, Kay becomes anxious about the whole process, so Doc reassures her that everything will be just fine.
