Doc and her toys get an exciting invitation to visit The White House and meet First Lady Michelle Obama. However, just as they gear up for the tour, Lisa's toy otter, Tavia, suddenly becomes unwell and goes missing in the vast halls of The White House. It's now up to Doc and the rest of the toys to track down Tavia and ensure she’s safe before the tour begins.
