When the baby toy Cece ends up dirty, Doc and her toys need to clean her up quickly. Doc's baby sister, Maya, has just woken from her nap and is eager to play with Cece, but she’s too grimy, which makes Maya upset. Doc attempts to give Cece a bath, but each time she tries to put her in the water, Cece starts to cry.
