With Walter back from his surf tour, Lahela begins to feel out of place among his new surfer friends. In an effort to demonstrate her fun side, she opts to throw a party. Steph supports her plan, hoping it will give her a chance to sort out her feelings regarding her kiss with Kai. Meanwhile, at Uncle John's ranch, Brian Patrick is focused on constructing a theme park. However, Benny and Clara step in to help him realize the unique charm of the land, which doesn’t need a rollercoaster to shine.
