In a remote village, young girls are sacrificed in rituals to placate a colossal centipede demon cloaked in dark clouds. Hyakkimaru and Dororo join forces with Saru, a boy whose sister has fallen victim to this gruesome tradition. Together, they face the demon, determined to put an end to the terror that looms over their home.
