On Family Day in Oz, Woozy feels left out because he has no family of his own. Dorothy and the gang decide to help him search for his relatives. However, their efforts go hilariously wrong, leaving Woozy overwhelmed and in tears. His sorrowful tears start to flow, forming a powerful river that begins to surge through Oz, causing chaos all around.
