Frustrated by the adoration everyone has for Dorothy, Wilhelmina hatches a plan to unleash the Three Mischievous Imps upon Oz. The Imps create chaos, making it seem like Dorothy is behind all the pranks. As a result, the citizens of Oz grow tired of her supposed tricks, leading the Munchkins to confine her in a candy prison. Realizing the Imps are set to awaken the Hip-po-gy-raf, Dorothy knows she must act fast. With the assistance of Ozma, she breaks free from her sugary cell and prevents the Hip-po-gy-raf from wreaking havoc on the city.
